(TSX: FAN) ("Farallon" or "the Company"), is pleased to provide a further update of the latest results of core drilling at the Company's Campo Morado polymetallic (zinc, gold, silver, copper, lead) project in Guerrero State, Mexico. Significant intersections of high grade mineralization continue to be made. Drilling continues and remains focused on the Southeast zone of G-9 and the new sulphide lens located in the footwall of the San Raphael Fault.

The latest results are from ten new step-out exploration holes, all in the G-9 deposit. Assays are pending from a further 4 holes and will be released when received. These new results affirm the previously announced results from the first two phases of work (News Releases dated April 30, 2006 and May 17, 2006). In addition, the information derived from these tests provides the process design criteria, flowsheet design and reagent consumption estimates that are necessary for detailed mill design work to commence.

(TSX:FAN), is pleased to announce further results from recent flotation tests conducted on the G-9 deposit at its polymetallic (zinc, gold, silver, copper, lead) project at Campo Morado, Guerrero State, Mexico. These new results affirm the promising initial results announced by the Company (News Release Dated April 30, 2006). In addition to a marketable zinc concentrate using conventional flotation processes, the new results indicate the potential to also produce saleable copper concentrates from G-9 that would add further revenue from a mine at G-9. A third, more comprehensive, phase of testing is now underway; the results of these tests will be reported on when available.
